At present our country have quite few regarding about the real estate project's risk management, do't satisfy the need of the practice.This article applies management and operation of real estate, real estate project management, engineering economics, financial control and house selling theories, has analyzed the engineering project risk in entire process, elaborated the project risk management basic content, strengthens the project risk management the efficient path, shifts and eliminates the project risk, reduces the loss.
