In China, real estate is a huge industry witch relates to many other fields such as construction, building material, transportation, intermediary and finance, so that it is an indispensable key industry in national economy. The policy control of real estate by the government has been strengthened since the end of2009. The government published a more strict new regulation on February20of2013to realise that. The real estate market suffers purchasing control, mortgage-loan control, price control one and yet another. It has entered a severe "winter time". The page of parvenu has been turned over. Therefore, the real estate industry has to go with the stream. It must strive for surviving and developing by competing. In order to overcome the difficulties, to strengthen management, especially, to control the cost are the key points.In this paper, we analyze the cost constituents and the current situation in management of a real estate project in detail and use the theories about the overall process control of project management, taking Honggui· City square as an example to study the problems concerning overall development process of a real estate project, then, propose some countermeasures to reduce its costs.Our countermeasures are effective. They are useful for the other projects as well. |
