Chengyang District, The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture And Countermeasures

The fifth plenary session of the 16th central committee of the communist party of China proposed"The construction of socialism new-typed countryside is a great history mission in the modernization course. According with the demands of developed production, affluent living, civilization ethos, neatness village appearance, democracy manage, embarking from the practice, respecting willingness of the framers, promoting the socialism new-typed countryside steadily."The development of economy and industry should pay a great attention in the course of the construction of socialism new-typed countryside. Strengthen the development of countryside economy is the basic and precondition in the construction of socialism new-typed countryside. Because of the effect of traditional farmer- awareness, the thought of afraid of modified have token root. Furthermore, the risk of the market is too big. So the farmers usually wandered on the edge of the market; the benefits of industry is low; the step of becoming rich is stagnating.How to guide the farmers to develop industry, how to make the advanced agricultural industry have became the major responsibility of the party committee government. In the aspect of the development of countryside industry, introducing the common development between owners and farmers by organizing kinds of industry association, which can integrate existing resources of countryside, make the advantage complementary, share the resources of information technology ,develop and swell countryside economy continuously.Taking the development of characteristic agricultural industrial on Chengyang District of Qingdao City as example, with constructing socialism new-typed countryside as thought of guidance, according to the partial condition, advantage and characteristics,analyzed the present situation of the characteristic agricultural industrial and the features of the community with the agricultural industry type, revealed the problems existed in the process of constructing new- industrial -typed countryside. Furthermore, this paper takes the development of new- industrial -typed countryside in Shouguang as example (similar as vegetables,planting, fruits planting, vegetables wholesaling market, vegetables exposition, transaction center of agricultural products and so on), summarized some experience and enlightenment in the process of developing characteristics agricultural, provided experiences and reference to the constructing of new- industrial -typed countryside. In this paper, some related measures such as cultivating advantages industry groups, enhancing consciousness of modern agricultural technology, strengthening circulation of product would be proposed.
