Strengthening the rural public goods supply is the important content ofdeveloping the new socialism countryside. The severe shortage of effective publicgoods supply structure unbalance uneven cost share and inefficiency in our nation'scountryside is a major factor that restricts the development of rural economy. It alsohas a direct impact on the all-round realization of well-off society and coordinateddevelopment in urban and rural areas of our country.
