Research On The Construction Path Of Sanjiang Chengyang Bazhai Tourism Characteristic Town Based On Industrial Cluster Theory

Characteristics of small town development in full swing all over the country in the past two years.Many places regard characteristic small town as important force that develop local economy,promote the new urbanization and speed up poor areas overcoming poverty.Characteristic small town are generally independent from urban areas.It is a new development space with with clear cultura industrial orientation,tourism functions,and community functions.The characteristic small town has been endowed with special times connotation and Chinese characteristics since it was first proposed.It is not the "establishment town" of administrative division,but a carrier of industrial development.It is the innovation and Start-up Business space with the enterprise as the main body,the market operation and clear space boundary.The development of urbanization in many places has been driven by industrialization,but now with the development of tertiary industry,the development of tourism and other service industries can also drive urbanization?After nearly 40 years of rapid development,our country urbanization has also entered the bottleneck period.With the appearance of "city disease" of expansion of urban population,traffic congestion,employment difficulty,environmental degradation,It has to be changed to one-way urbanization that has caused the stagnation of rural economy and social development imbalances.Therefore,in recent years,the country put forward the construction of c small town represented by characteristic small town.It will become an important choice to solve the contradiction between urban and rural areas and promote the new type of urbanization.The paper takes Sanjiang Chengyang Bazhai as a case,analysis the conditions,existing problems and corresponding measures of the construction of tourism characteristic small town with the theory of industrial cluster.The study points out that Chengyang Bazhai has a good foundation in tourism resources,market demand,development opportunities,corporate strategic structure and government role.But there exist some deficiencies and problems,such tourism industry scale,tourism industrial structure,the local national culture mining,community participation and infrastructure.and put forward a series of targeted measures.The study indicates that Chengyang Bazhai building tourism characteristic small town should be regarded Dongzu culture characteristic as foundation,the tourism industry as the core to build a series of tourism industry cluste,and play to the competitiveness of the cluster in order to national tourism standard of liuzhou and even the whole country.Chengyang Bazhai tourism characteristic small town's construction and development can not only protect,inheritance and carry forward the traditional culture of Dongzu,but also promote the local residents out of poverty as soon as possible to get rich.Let Sanjiang get rid of National-level poverty-stricken country to realize well-off in an all-round way early.
