| With the development of manufacturing industry,China is moving from manufacture power to the great manufacturing power.The obstacles of R & D disabilities must be solved in the process of internationalization.With the emphasis on research and development enterprises,more IT tools and systems were introduced to enterprises and R & D department,as well as R & D process,especially PLM application.In order to better use and play the value of IT for enterprises,it's important to evaluate the application of IT performance.In theory,IT evaluation plays a decisive role in terms of cost,effectiveness,risk analysis.In practice,the CIO of enterprises are still lack the necessary tools to determine whether they are doing the right thing. However,the theory circle does not provide a good measurement method to CIO,the majority of IT projects performance and value are given in fuzzy judge,especially in the PLM area.This article proposes a operational mode of PLM performance evaluation on the basis of the depth analysis of theory and tools,as well as the full research of PLM evaluate needs,combinated with the PLM project evaluation practices of Haier; Through using the Balanced Scorecard theory and R & D performance management data,analysis and research the key functions of assessment model of PLM system, including the R & D process,R & D workflow management and knowledge management.This article presents a evaluation mode which uses R & D performance evaluation as the PLM system evaluation reflection,changes the current situation that existing PLM system evaluation is lack of operational mode,raises the lifecycle management system application level,so as to protect the enterprise information proceed smoothly.At the same time,the practice of evaluation model and evaluation method and IT supporting rating system model are involving,which provide reference to other performance evaluation. |
