Bullwhip Effect Of Supply Chain Of Automotive Passive Safety Systems Analysis And Countermeasures

Bullwhip effect is a common phenomena in supply chain management,it influences operation management and profit rate of all enterprises.In the supply chain management of automotive restraint safety system,due to its criticality and specialty of components,the coordination difficulty is increased between the enterprises in upper or lower chain,which distinctly magnifies bullwhip effect and brings difficulty to supply chain management.This thesis has analysis and research on the bullwhip effect in automotive restraint safety system.Firstly introduces current automotive restraint safety system supply chain status,with the outline of latest research achievements on bullwhip effect,analysis and research are addressed for the existing problems in current bullwhip research.Furthermore,this thesis has relevant solution analysis and introduces vendor managed inventory model,and also analyzes the effectiveness of the new model,which is intentionally to minimize the impact of bullwhip effect in automotive restraint safety system.This thesis firstly outlines the background,the meaning of this research and the structure.ChapterⅠoverviews the latest researches in bullwhip effect.ChapterⅡsetups a mathematical model to introduces carrent supply chain model in automotive restraint safety system and then case study is addressed,including:current status analysis on automotive restraint safety system,analysis for bullwhip effect,and inventory management deployment analysis as well.In chapterⅢ,on the basis of bullwhip effect in automotive restraint safety system,vendor managed inventory model is introduced.By relevant research and analysis,a feasible solution is addressed.As the conclusion part of this thesis,chapterⅣoutlines the practical meaning of this thesis,existing setback and the direction of further research.
