The peddlers want to survival in cities having to find a way suit for them logically, and it's a token of weaker survival in cities, so the governing of urban have to been innovating.The pattern of peddler actions is classified into four different styles: escaping quickly, negative counterwork, comprehensive conflict and private intergrowth. The paper uses the dispersive survival analyzing the way of peddler surviving in urban. The dispersive survival, in the theory of interspaces, contains three different proportions: remote habitation, feebleness in institution, and penetrating fare. Remote area is suite for peddlers basing on three reasons: cheap costs, marketing available, and the blank of governing. The institutions around the peddlers are basing on the duality division between urban and rural. In this situation, the paddlers are strangers in cities. It's hard for them to be urbanization. Due to the interest maximization, the peddlers chose the road as the management spot by rebuilding, where consumers is concentrated.The patterns of conflicts are different with different situations. Three factors affect the running and capture: threat, reorganization, and time. The peddlers use different tactics according to different factors. After the being capture, supplication is basic, and running is always in effect, but fury conflicts is random. Chengguan is powerful to peddlers normally. Their actions can be classified into three patterns: chasing or not, forfeiting or not and executing the law crustily or not.
