Harbin City, The Tourism Business Management Research

Recent years, Harbin tourism industry and tourism enterprises have achieved a certain degree of development, but the speed of the tourism development isn't desirable because of global financial crises. Tourism enterprises are facing new challenges because of many unreasonable management problems.The thesis takes tourism industry in Harbin as study object. Reviewing and discussing the concept and theory of tourism industry, it analyses the macro-and micro -environment. The questionnaire method is used. Based on a large number of survey data, it finds out the strategies, information, marketing, human resources management problems which the tourism enterprises of Harbin exsit. Furtherly, from improving the external environment and the internal management ability of tourism enterprises, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures to solve these management problems.
