At present,private enterprises have entered a stage of rapid development,and have become a main driving force for economic development in China.As the soul of private enterprise,private-entrepreneurship human capital is an important factor to the growth of private enterprises essentially.Especially in the transition period of China,with the whole"innovation",not only the role of simple technological innovation,private entrepreneurs will help private enterprises achieve the reconstruction of the main elements in the global value chain,improve private enterprises in competitive market,and enhance there international competitiveness.On the basis of defining the concept of private enterprises,the paper introduces the theory of entrepreneurs,the theory of human capital and the theory of enterprise's performance,analyzes the impact of private-entrepreneurship human capital on private enterprises operating performance from three angles,including knowledge of human capital,capable human capital and initiative human capital.Taking private listed companies in wholesale and retail industry for example, the paper builds a model to analyze the impact of private-entrepreneurship human capital on operating performance of private enterprises and find the main factors in private-entrepreneurship human capital,which impact on the operating performance of private enterprises,using software analysis and regression analysis.All that can provide support and direction for the exploitation of private-entrepreneurship human capital.Empirical studies have concluded that:private entrepreneurs have longer years of schooling,but correlation between the number of years of education and enterprise's performance is negative;there is a higher proportion of other economic units in a part-time and part-time directors of the company in private entrepreneurs,but correlation between the proportion and enterprise's performance is negative;pay of private entrepreneurs is at a lower level,correlation between pay of private entrepreneurs and enterprise's performance is weak;percentage of holding shares of private entrepreneurs is low,but correlation between the percentage and enterprise's performance is positive significantly;percentage of Shareholder holding the most shares is low,but correlation between the percentage and enterprise's performance is positive significantly.On the basis of the empirical analysis,this paper in the end gives private exploitation of entrepreneurs:accelerate the building of private enterprises owning culture,to cultivate the innovative spirit of private entrepreneurs;a well-established appraisal system of private entrepreneurs,such as equity-based incentives to enhance long-term incentives;to strengthen the supervision of private entrepreneurs mechanism.
