Study On The Influence Of Entrepreneur Human Capital On Enterprise Innovative Performance

With the further improvement and development of Chinese economy, private economy plays a dominant role in the activities of the behavior of the entrepreneur increasingly concerned by domestic scholars.Through to the enterprise control, entrepreneur affects a region’s economic situation.The development of enterprises has a close link to the lead role of the entrepreneur, and the decline of an enterprise is often because of the entrepreneur’s wrong estimation or action.Especially in the aspect of innovation, technology innovation, method and mode has become an important symbol of modern enterprise’s success or failure and become an inescapable topic.So entrepreneur’s innovation behavior is particularly important significance at the present stage.This paper aims to judge whether the entrepreneur human capital affects enterprise innovation performance, and how to influence the performance of enterprise innovation,to find out the key factors of entrepreneur’s innovation, and to cultivate a foundation of high quality entrepreneurs.Firstly, we divide and evaluate the entrepreneur’s human capital, summarizing the development of scholars point of view,and form the human capital classification system.After Summarizing the entrepreneur human capital of entrepreneurial abilities, effort level and entrepreneur’s psychological factors of these three aspects we subdivide these three aspects.As for innovation performance, through the decomposition of the enterprise innovation activities, this paper will be divided into the innovation process performance and innovation results of performance, and set the questionnaire reflect it.Finally according to the relationship of both, we link the entrepreneur human capital and enterprise innovation performance,and put forward the link between entrepreneur ability, effort level and psychological factors and make some assumptions, and using structural equation model to verify the hypothesis.The final purpose is to draw a conclusion: three effects of entrepreneur human capital act in different stages on enterprise innovation process and have important connections on result. Which gives the new reference for entrepreneurs to provide innovative activities.
