Under The Leadership Of The Communist Party Of China, Rural Credit Cooperatives, Institutional Change

In the 20th century,early 20's,the Chinese Communist Party began to pay attention,support, organization and promotion of cooperative economic development in rural China,and led the Chinese people to build rural credit cooperatives(hereinafter referred to as "rural credit cooperatives").Rural credit cooperatives in China under the leadership of the Communist Party from scratch,from the weak Xeon in the new democratic and socialist construction,the various historical periods have played an extremely important role.Since reform and opening up in particular,rural credit cooperatives has grown in strength and earth-shaking changes have taken place.However,the rural credit cooperatives from its inception,several twists and turns in the development of a difficult and tortuous,not always adhere to the principles of good co-operation system,the government embarked on the road once.At present,its development still faces many difficult issues.Although the reform and opening up,the Chinese Communist Party under the leadership of the cooperative system in accordance with the principles of rural credit cooperatives have been standardized,but they have not achieved the desired results.Chinese rural credit cooperatives from the system really is still a far cry from the cooperation.How to reform the rural credit cooperatives,and rural credit cooperatives with how to adapt to the current construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,as well as the requirements of a harmonious society,but also must take into account the reality of our problem. Scholars of the current system of rural credit cooperatives are changing the research from the economics point of view,to the neglect of the rural credit cooperative system is changing the policy of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of the principle.I think that the CPC's history from the point of view of the system of rural credit cooperatives for the development and changes in the political and historical background to conduct in-depth excavation,analysis,the next step would be the direction of development of rural credit cooperatives to play a guiding role on the macro.Therefore,under the guidance of the instructor, I have decided to put "under the leadership of the Communist Party of China's rural credit cooperative system of Change" as the topic of my thesis.In this paper,the innovation lies in China's rural credit cooperatives from the historical experience of institutional change,based on current development of China's rural credit cooperatives,from the point of view of the CPC's history,conduct a study and exploration of China's rural cooperative financial system to provide theoretical and innovation to improve basis and support.In this paper,dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the guiding principle in order to study the basis of the CPC's history,draw on the theory of institutional change economics reasonable part,combined with literature research and empirical studies,in possession of substantial historical data under the premise of the analysis and summed up,to draw a scientific conclusion of the study.The paper including three parts,the introduction,the main body and the concluding remarks. Introduction of the thesis,including literature review,as well as institutional change,economic and financial cooperation of the related concepts and theories.The first part of the body is divided into five historical stages,of various historical periods of China's rural credit cooperative system in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of the details of the process of change happened a systematic manner,summed up and concluded.The second part of the Chinese rural credit cooperatives reform the status quo,focusing on an analysis of the effectiveness of the reform of rural credit cooperatives,the problems that continue to deepen the need tbr reform of rural credit cooperatives.The third part of the reform of rural credit cooperatives from the principle of direction should be taken to reform the internal and external measures,and strive to the next step of the reform of rural credit cooperatives have targeted a number of measures and recommendations.
