Comprehensive study,on the condition of high Engel coefficient,heavy burden of education,health care,housing,and the gap between rich and poor conditions in China is much more severe than mathematical statistics results.Gap between the rich and poor is too large variety of factors combined results. The purpose of the study reveals the gap between rich and poor is too large and unreasonable factors,the rationalization of the solution.How to successfully resolve the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor,is none other than follow the three directions.The first is development,The second is regulation,the third is reform.
