Chinese Urban And Rural Interests Of The Imbalance And Coordination

Interest is an important issue which closely related to the development of human society. A history of human development is the history of human interest disputes, confrontation and compromise. Disasters and wars, peace and harmony and so on which existed in human society are all closely related to interests. If we use Marxist historical materialism to study the problems of interests, reveal the essence of it, which means we found a key to see the development of human society. We use it to study the current issues of China's urban and rural development, we can more likely to reveal the deep-seated reasons behind the complex phenomenon, so as to solve the practical problems more conveniently.This article is divided into three parts. The first part is the theoretical basis for the full text, starting from the concept of interest, then give an analysis of the core concept such as the subjects of interest, the object of interest and the relationship of interest. In turn, provides an overview of the relationship between urban and rural interests of the two situations: the imbalance and coordination.The second part of this article analysis the performance and real terms of the imbalance between urban and rural areas. The interests of the external imbalance of China's performance was mainly reflected in the urban and rural incomes, social security, education, health care, political rights for five areas, between urban and rural areas in these five areas have a large gap. Reason lies in the inherent is the imbalance between urban and rural interest areas, the second part of which give more in-depth discussion. The third part of the article give the methods for resolving the imbalance in China's urban and rural interest areas.The third part mainly from industrialization, urbanization and development planning of urban and rural point of view, explore solutions to the imbalance between the interests of China's urban and rural ways. Industrialization have brought to the development of urbanization in China, the urbanization process have lead to the imbalance of interests between urban and rural areas. In order to resolve this problem we need to further deepen the industrialization and urbanization process, need to build a further coordinated development of urban and rural.
