Rural Tourism Stakeholder Interests Dujiangyan Research Interests Coordination Mechanism

As the agriculture industry and service industry merge together and become the agricultural services industry, rural tourism has broadened the channels of farmers’ income, absorbed a large number of surplus labor force, improved the added value of agricultural products, promoted the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. But on the other hand, with the further development of rural tourism, Many negative issues problem gradually highlighted.Such as the low degree of community participation, unfair distribution, vicious competition between operators and other negative problems. Contradictions and conflicts frequently occurred seriously hindered the rural tourism’s sustainable development.Based on the stakeholders and the tourism destination life cycle theory research, and selected DuJiangyan city as empirical research object, defines the core stakeholders of rural tourism as the local government, community residents, tourism investors and tourists. Collected data of GDP analysis of dujiangyan city, rural income of tourism, reception of tourists Over the past15years, combining with the major tourism event in DuJiangyan, established the rural tourism of DuJiangyan as rapid development stage, then analyzed interests and conflicts of the core stakeholders.through the investigation in DuJiangyan, we found that the participation of community residents is not high enough, the tourism revenue leakede seriously, System is not perfect,etc. I put forward several opinions from the interests expression mechanism, community participation mechanism, distribution mechanism and interests compensation mechanism and supervision mechanism in order to improve the rural tourism profit mechanism of DuJiangyan.Coordinate the conflicting interests of stakeholders is crucial for the development of rural tourism, due to the limitation of time and personal ability,the paper still has many insufficiencies, The feasibility of interest distribution mechanism remains to be unknown.I hope that the research can get more in-depth discussion and effectively improved.
