Regional Industry Transfer And Western China Industrial Restructuring

China boasts massive land and vastly different areas in economic development because of geographical,resource-endowed and institutional reasons.For China,a developing country during the process of economic reform,the negative impact cannot be ignorable any longer.Industrial history tells us the existence of Law of Gradient transfer of industry with many cases all over the world.The adjustment of industrial construction in one area is always accompanied with industry transfer.Both of them play an important role in regional economy boom.They can accelerate industrial growth,and optimize industrial structure,which directly impact on regional economy.On the other hand,from the perspective of the harmonious development,it is also a magic weapon to narrow economic gaps among areas and realize win-win development.The paper took the western regions of China as the target area,using various means including the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, empirical analysis and standardization of research,comparative analysis, With the theoretical analysis of industries transference as the research start, the paper looked back the history of the industrial transference and introduced the future tendency of it.After analyzing the economy and industrial construction of the study area,together with the industrial situations of the provinces of the target area,the paper scientifically located the stage in the industrial development order of the studied area.While pointing out the limiting factors of undertaking industrial transference of the study area,the paper ultimately gave the suggestions of how to receive the desirable industries and adjust the extant industrial construction of the studied provinces.The paper overcame successfully the disadvantages of traditional one-side analysis by initially using the analyzing means of combining the entire body and components which made the given suggestions more useful.
