| Developing strategic target plays a leading role in the sound development of regional medicine industry.Through analysis of current situation of Liaoning provincial medicine industry,this paper finds out a blank of the developing strategic target playing as a leading role.Upon this basis the paper educes that a problem existing in setting the strategic goal is the essential Cause of above-mentioned problem,then put forward the importance of making scientific development strategic target.To improve the scientific and rationality of the development strategic target for Liaoning provincial pharmaceutical industry,and to promote the healthy development of medicine in Liaoning;This study,based on the principle of"Inaction,then nothing cannot be done by it",starts from the achieved consensus,the Liaoning provincial pharmaceutical industry development goals—"to enlarge and strengthen the current industry",change the"large"and"strong"parts into economic indicators and carry on a quantitative comparative analysis between the pharmaceutical industry of Liaoning province and the national average.Through the methods of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward the development strategic target for Liaoning provincial pharmaceutical industry,which differs from traditional methods and conclusion.The development strategic target for Liaoning provincial pharmaceutical industry is making the three sub-industries,Chinese herbal pieces,bio-chemical and biological,pharmaceutical machinery and equipment,"larger"and"stronger";"strengthening"and retaining the"scope"of medical devices sub-industry;"strengthening"chemicals sub-industries.To sum up,this paper proposes suggestions and measures for Liaoning province's realization of its developing strategic target.First analysis the key elements which have influence on"large"and"strong",and then Put forward proposals and measures with Liaoning characteristics. |
