Ez Company Of The Equipment Manufacturing Quality Of The Development Of Strategic Research

Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation industry in national economy, whose development level stands for the technology and industry strength of a country.Equipment manufacturing industry of China is just in the best history stage of quick development now. The equipment manufacturing enterprises are catching for opportunities and trying their best to improve core competition abilities for taking internal and external markets. So the focuses of competitions becoming fiercer and fiercer between equipment manufacturing enterprises are not on price simply, but on marketing, human resources, technology, cost and quality which are more important than price and becoming to strategy.Today, the strategy research of marketing, human resource, technology or cost is popular in equipment manufacturing enterprises, while it is scarce for research of quality strategy. The main aim of this paper is to have a revolutionary research and a tentative application on quality strategy in a typical enterprise of equipment manufacturing industry which is named of EZ Company. The main research content includes:Firstly, based on the concept and evolution of quality and quality management, this paper had an extensive study of enterprise strategy levels and quality strategy, and compared the characteristics of quality management in western countries with it in China, emphasised on quality management situations of equipment manufacturing industry.Secondly, based on discussion of external circumstance and situation, this paper analyzed systematically on present compitition states and trend of equipment manufacturing industry by Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.Thirdly, connected with internal conditions, this paper pointed out strategy location, developing aim and operation schedule of EZ Company. Also described the quality management situations of EZ Company in details and evaluated the standard of it .This paper analyzed situations of quality management from strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats by the meathod of SWOT in abbreviation. Finaly , based on the above research, this paper determined strategy choice, worked out a strategy plan of EZ Company quality development and put forwards performing programme. The quality strategy was been put into practice step by step and was verified a preliminary effort. At last this paper drew a conclusion.In general, basing on theory study of international quality strategy, combining with development of world quality management, through analysis of internal and external circumstance of EZ Company, this thesis discusses the present situations and trends of enterprise quality management on the background of promoting equipment manufacturing industry. This paper has a deep analysis on present state and problem of quality management in EZ Company. Then according to total development strategy,quality development stategy which includes short-term, metaphase ,long-term is worked out. Meanwhile the reserch is applied into practise and has a good effort. There are no cases of quality strategy reserch and application in China equipment manufacturing industry before. So this paper can accelerate quality management in EZ Company.And it is more important that providing inspiration for the way of quality-efficient to equipment manufacturing industry, and providing a reality base for enterprises drawing quality strategy.
