The development of world economic is becoming more integrative and more global.It is more difficult for one enterprise to succeed in business competition only depending on its own resources and ability.How do it realize an optimal configuration about resources of one enterprise? How do it develope the core competence of a company? This is the question that an enterprise must face and resolve.By recently years,Outsourcing has been a new managing strategy and a new method in realizing an optimal configuration and in developing the core competence of a company.Outsourcing is the most significant power that improve the world.Outsourcing is a more significant strategy that one enterprise want to win the advantage of competition.Outsourcing looks like to become a kind of fashion or trend,it has become orientation in the future by developing enterprise.But outsourcing is not a pack of all-powerful medicine,is not ordinary purchasing,.if it lacks of effective strategy and systemic management,an enterprise will lose its competence and even go to decline.This paper chooses S company as an example,resarch the problem when an enterprise of CE may encounter during outsourcing.it looks be forwarded to summarize some suggestion and strategy,by studying theory of outsourcing, analysising the questions during outsourcing.The subject of this paper is studying and analysising the questions that S company has encoutered during outsourcing.This paper is divided into four parts:Part1:Introduction of the baisic concepts and theory about outsourcingPart2:descriptions of outsourcing on S company,deeply analysising the cause of questionsPart3:Strategy of outsourcing about S company.this part is the main contents of the paper,it include the reason of choosing outsourcing,the principle of selecting the object for outsourcing,outsourcing vendor selectionPart4:Risks and strategy about outsourcing The subject of this paper is the practical problems that the author's company is facing by.The author made his efforts to combine theory and practice by using the knowledge learned.The article reflects the problems from the practice,using theory to analyze problems and solve practical problems.This paper want to be able to peer some inspiration and help in the implementation of enterprise products at outsourcing.
