Until now, the emergency management of sudden events becomes an important job of many governments. More and more countries attach importance to it. China is an excessively natural disaster country, especially in recent years, many disasters frequently happened. Every time they caused the losses and brought the panics all have long-running and large-scale volatility impact, such as floods, SARS, ice disaster, earthquakes and so on. It is an inevitable challenges on enterprises to express response to a variety of occasional sudden case in the rapid development time. Wherever the enterprises will inevitably encounter all kinds of unexpected events. The enterprises need to excavate the necessity from the occasional events, learn to deal with it, and quick response and timely adjust to the external environment, so then become calm, and turn the crisis to the opportunities.The paper analyses SYD company's emergency management in Wenchuan earthquake as a starting point. Through the detailed analysis and research on the company's information, I found the key problem of SYD company lies in its emergency management operations of the entire process is unreasonable and its entire system is incomplete. The paper based on these two issues to redesign SYD company's emergency management system, to further enhance the ability of SYD company to handle emergency. The main contents of this paper is divided to seven chapters: introduction mainly described the research background, significance, structure, innovation. Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis of the article. It studied the related concepts and mechanism of emergency management. Chapter 3 analyses the current situation of SYD company's emergency management in Wenchuan earthquake, through the current situation to explore its problems. Chapter 4 based on the current situation and problems to provide a whole train of thought to redesign SYD company's emergency management system, and to analyze its general principles and general operation mechanism. Chapter 5 is redesign the entire process of SYD company's emergency management system. The chapter analyzes the entire process mechanism to build the specific targets system and the overall process design system of before, during, after the unexpected events. Chapter 6 redesigns the entire system of emergency management on SYD company. The chapter builds five subsystems of emergency management and specifically analyzes major subsystems and the overall system's details. Chapter 7 is conclusion. The biggest feature of the article is, from the micro-perspective, redesign the entire process and system of SYD company's emergency management. And it builds various sub-process and subsystems target systems, thus provides operable countermeasures and proposals to improve the construction of SYD company's emergency management system.
