Private economy is one of important branches of Chinese national economy. In the past twenty years, great progress has taken place in private enterprises. Yet, there is still something deficient in the private enterprises, for example, human resource (HR) management, and the pay management is the main deficiency in HR management, which prevent private enterprises' further development and is becoming a bottleneck. In this thesis pay management in private enterprises is focused on and deeply studied. Human resource has become a fatal factor and it can't be absent in modern enterprise. Enterprise tends to spend more energy and take more care to explore how to acquire personnel, keep personnel and make good use of personnel. The salary system that encourages staff most directly& fundamentally is naturally attached highly importance.This thesis chooses Xi'an RH electric Co., Ltd. as target enterprise. While insisting on connecting theory with practice, his thesis learns and draws for advanced experiment of salary management from developed countries with the basic of serious studying and effective discussing about salary system. Then this thesis analyzes he present status, product situation and competitive circumstance of target enterprise, with the aim to bring some enlightens on exploring alary system model of middle-size and small enterprises through analyzing on this case. In the salary design of H company, this article find out enterprise's marketing position and set up the salary tactics throughout industrial analysis; find out staffs attitude and suggestion toward salary system throughout investigation of satisfied staff: find out average salary level of society throughout salary investigation among same kind of enterprises; set up the goal and assignment of every working position through working analysis; find out the relative value among different working positions through the evaluation of working position. Thus, a target can be provided for salary design through a comprehensive and objective understanding of enterprise. Then, according to stimulation and fair principle, and combined with enterprise's reality, this article sets up a detailed salary system for each working position. And the whole salary system has constituted a complete salary structure. The last part is mainly about the measures ensuring implementing the new compensation scheme.
