Study Of Marine Fisheries Resources Management System

This thesis discusses and analyzes, from natural properties of marine resource and characteristics of utilization, the factors of sustainable utilization, developing status quo of China and relevant managing regulations, and point out the system causes of resource decrease.The author proposes suggestions about systems, consulting foreign advanced systems for reference, to solve the sustainable utilization of China marine fishery resource. i.e. to change the present catch management systems which majors material and fund control into another management system which focuses output control (ITQs).This thesis also discusses, as a demonstration, the status quo of fishery resource and management measures according to central disposition, and fishery resource multiplication in Qingdao, and puts forward the tentative plans and measures to consummate resource multiplication system in the future.
