Study On The Indicator System And Appraisal For Ecologilization Level Of Marine Fishery

As the marine primary industry,marine fishery belongs to the traditional marineindustries. But with the rapid development of marine fishery,there are waste ofresource,environment degradation and other serious issues.By adhering to the road ofsustainable development,society can bring about the strategic adjustment of themarine fishery economy,the transition from traditional marine industry to modernmarine fishery and intensive development of the marine fishery economy.Theindustrial ecology break through the traditional one-way mode of the marine fisheryeconomy,try to combine economy system with ecosystem organically,abide the basicrules of economy system and ecosystem. The basic law is applied to the industrialproduction activities,the industrial ecological system becomes more complex, realizethe sustainable development of marine fishery.The article analysis the industrial ecology’s concept, mechanism and soon,combs related theory about industrial ecology at home and abroad.This article alsoanalysis influence factors of the ecology of marine fishery in China,classify influencefactors,construct the index system to assess ecological level of Chinese marinefishery.The results show the level of ecological fishery in China is on the rise from2006to2010.The marine fisheries in China towards the direction of ecologydevelopment.But the overall evaluation result is not high,Chinese industrial ecologicallevel is not high,can rise at a great distance in space.Firstly, the concept and mechanism of industry ecological are explained, therelated theories about industry ecological are illustrated. There are many influencefactors of marine fisheries ecological in China. By the classification of the influencefactors, the influence factors are divided into four aspects, they are economy,society,environment and resources. Clear thinking, necessity, objective and principleof constructing evaluation index system. Constructing the first round of index systemfor marine fishery ecological consists of43indicators. Dividing the index system of ecological fishery by the target layer, criterion layer, index layer and index layer fourlevels.Secondly, the screening process of the index system. First is the feasibility ofscreening data, by accessing to relevant information and research, deleting the datais not feasible, getting thr second round of index system that consists of30subindexes. Second is the expert consultation and screening, according to experts ofrelated research in the field of views, dissertation deletes or modifies the index withpoor representative, the lack of indicators to be added, the third round of indexsystem is composed of31indexes. Third is the use of SPSS statistical software, theevaluation index correlation analysis and principal component analysis, excludingexist load significantly high correlation, the principal components are poor relativelyindexes were deleted by principal component analysis, final index system isconsisting of24indexes.Once again, comprehensive evaluation, using the mean variance analysisweighting method and analytic hierarchy process to solve the weight coefficient of theindex. Using the multiplicative combination weighting method to get thecomprehensive weight. Results showed that water pollution caused economic lossesin aquaculture products, yield level, the marine fishing industry output growth rate,increase in the value of marine fishery comprehensive weight growth rate andmariculture area are very important.By using the weighted synthesis method in the comprehensive evaluation,calculating the marine fisheries in China ecological index FDEI. Among them,FDEI2006=0.5224, shows the level of industry ecological of marine fishery in2006isin the medium level; FDEI2010=0.5942, shows that the level of industry ecological ofmarine fishery was in the upper level. But it is should noted, the ecological indexfrom2007to2009about China’s marine fishery are lower than the value refers to2006. The results can be seen from2006to2010about China’s marine fisheryecological comprehensive index maintaining an upward trend after the first drop, butrising space is very small.
