IT industry progress and technology develops until now,market and production are keep fast growth,selling price is decrease,and new product phase in are so fast,factory supply more than customer demand,corporation face the more challenge environment.How to get a outstanding of competetion,relate the product development and phase in step,most PC product are all the same specific by Wintel(Windows + Intel) structure,we still hard to find the different efficiency model,the most important thing is what is better way for channel development strategy and momentum.In the study process,we analysis PC industry trend,point of view for world wide leading PC brand channel model,why they changed their model,and explore the rise new channel with its characteristic and opportunity,include learned from Fudan Emba study course,with add acer and benq job-related practice,finaly,discussing the best way of channel business mode and strategy.The article innovatively is linked co-op model with distributor,and back-end financial model practice for decision making,analysis the channels advantage and disadvantage, adopting the theories learned from class with corporate practice.When we facing the hard time of IT industry,how to avoid potential problems and mistakes,to enhance competitiveness for the industry challenges and keep the sustainable growth.Finally,the lack is time and energy limit by myself,not found much channel integration strategy data for my collection,just based on personal experience and partial point of view,still needs further guidance and supplementary ideas from more teacher and friend,make the artilcle get mature and reference for useful value.
