Health care awareness has gradually played an important role in people's life.Ejiao has been known by more and more people for its unique curative effect and widely used in the health care industry.This provides favorable conditions and solid foundation for the development and growth of the Ejiao market.However,the increasing market demand and shortage of supply of raw materials,so that criminals to take advantage of a weak point,the inferior raw material production of gelatin products in order to reap huge profits.Therefore,at the present stage of development of gelatin industry,not only subject to the fierce competition in the same industry on the market,control is more surbject to national policy,how to deal with the market competition of the products in the same industry and more quickly on the marketing channel to make appropriate improvements,are two problems to be solved at present Ejiao enterprises.The related concepts and theoretical basis of this study is rooted in the basic concepts of channel management,channel management,main characteristics,main structure,the consolidation and analysis system related theoretical basis and channel management process and elements,on the basis of investigation and analysis of the status quo of Henan DEEJ OTC product marketing channel mode based on the macro environment and industry environment,problems and causes of Henan OTC recognition DEEJ products marketing channel mode may exist,and provide suggestions to optimize the channel model for the following.Then,starting from the necessity and urgency of improvement,improvement principle based on Henan DEEJ OTC product marketing channel mode,from the optimization of the traditional OTC management mode of marketing channels,expand new channels,the integration of diversified channels three angles to determine the corresponding improvement ideas,and on this basis,from the four angles for security improvement after the mode of implementation to provide targeted measures.This paper improves the OTC marketing channel mode of Henan DEEJ products,and provides some experience for other products in the same industry to achieve OTC marketing channel management.By combing the Henan DEEJ products OTC marketing channel model of the problems and causes of the analysis of the present situation,during operation,for the same industry of similar products of other proposed representative OTC marketing channel management,and further research issues are pointed out in the industry for research space in channel management,provide theoretical and practical reference.Reference to enrich the research in this field...
