| Now enentitative economy in China is also effected by the global financial crisis from suppositional economy.Abroad short garment demanding caused serious price competition and continous factory bankrupting,garment exporters are facing very difficult situation. Based on OEM and ODM business model,our garment exporter need get used to the change of international market and find a solution to walk out difficulties.Building and managing Agile Supply Chain in garment exportation industry is a key soluation,it is also the core competitiveness for a garment exporter in China.This paper analyed the lastest situation of garment exportation and the core competitiveness factor of exporter,it concludes that building and managing Agile Supply Chain and quick response can meet quick fashion demanding in the market.With introduction of Agile Supply Chain,as a very important role in supply chain,garment exporter can build and manage Agile Supply Chain with three methods:First one is,geting involved in new products development at first stage with brand abroad.Second one is, building VMI together with retailer.The third one is,choosing and managing the suppliers of garment,fabric and accessory based on garment industrial cluster.It also points out some shortcomings which exporters faced nowadays.In the end,base on some actual cases in one typical company,Jiangsu Guotai Huasheng I/E Co.,Ltd,it shows how to run above three methods to build and manage Agile Supply Chain in Guotai Huasheng.It helps Huasheng increase the bargain power and promote Huasheng' s core competitiveness in garment exportation line.So our conclusion of this paper is,with getting involved in new product development at first stage,building VMI togehther with retailer and choosing and managing supplier base on garment industrial cluster to proceed Agile Supply Chain management is the efficient method to promote competitiveness of garment exporter,it makes exporter not to rely on price competition only to get the order. |
