The three aspects works together to achieve the goal of reduce production cost. On the base of the model,the paper analyses the ralavent influenced factors of purchase,logistics, manufacture ,storage. research the ways to reduce cost .introduce YTPU's present process situation , issue the strategy to lean and improve the process.
