With theory and experience in managing modern commercial banks, the paper also constructs a new management pattern for this business, which provides security in mechanisms and systems for its development.Taking the practice of Yangzhou Commercial Bank as the background and modern commercial bank management theories as theoretical basis, such as Asymmetric Information Theory, Dynamic Competition Theory, and Basel New Agreement, the paper attempts to frame basic management of supply-chain finance.
