Sino-Africa oil cooperation stemmed from China's oil imports from Angola and Libya. From then on, the amount of oil imported from Africa continent increased year by year. Recent years have witnessed critical advances in the scale of Sino-Africa oil cooperation based on reciprocity and mutual benefit. Sino-Africa oil cooperation is not limited to oil exploitation; China also invested the building of oil industry in Africa continent. Many problems emerge during this time. It is easy to solve the problem between China and Africa countries. However, we must be creative when it comes to solve the problems between China and the West.
