The Sino-African economic and trade cooperation is an important part ofSouth-South cooperation, as it injects new vitality and enhances the status ofdeveloping countries in the international political and economic structure, in orderto promote the establishment of a fair and rational new international political andeconomic order. China is participating in the construction of Africa, and jointlypromoting peace, development and progress in many African countries. At present,the international economic situation is undergoing major changes and majoradjustments because of the international financial crisis triggered by the worldeconomic recession which is still not over yet. In the21st century, the strategicinterest of African countries in the world has improved significantly. China andAfrican countries are developing countries and are both facing rare opportunities toaccelerate their development in the global context. Based on this background, thispaper will address the status of the development of Sino-African businesscooperation.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter deal with the generalintroduction of this research. The main topics proposed for study describes thebackground and significance of the research, analyzes the relevance of the researchstudy and the shortcomings of the Central African region scholar’s analysis.Thesecond chapter of this paper explores the theoretical framework and the main theoriesproposed for this study are: business development, business cooperation andcompetition theory. As for the theory of internationalization features and evolution, itwas analyzed for later theoretical groundwork to do empirical analysis.The thirdchapter mainly analyzes the status of the development of Sino-African enterprisebusiness cooperation. It will also diagnose the main causes of existing problems andissues, in the two big continent business cooperation.In Chapter four we study the development of China-Africa cooperation, it will also tackle the advantages of suchcooperation. The fifth and last chapter talks about Sino-African enterprise cooperationin the development of business problems and its impediments. We will then providerecommendations on how to promote mutually beneficial and Win-Win cooperationbetween Africa and China. In a nutshell, this is the summary of the research onSino-African Enterprise Cooperation.
