In this paper, the current status of salary and reward management of China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Corporation (CTSIC) has been completely studied and the study is based on the theory and methods of modern salary and remuneration management and also this paper works out a complete set of solutions of broadband salary and reward.The article is divided into five parts. Through the analysis and research of CTSIC's current status of salary and reward management and it point out that existing salary distribution system can no longer meet the demand of the enterprises, and it even become to be the shackle which hinders the further development of corporation. The reformation of enterprise management system now also proposed a new topic to the salary and reward management.The article starts with the study of modern theory of salary and reward management pay, according to the company's long-term strategic objectives and human resources planning and also with the use of modern management salaries advanced concepts and core technologies, complete the exercisable broadband project which include salary and rewards' policy, salary and rewards' level and structure, design system of different groups, incentive plan design.This paper concluded that the broadband pattern of salary and reward can be applied to China, and it is one of the effective methods to solve the problems of our traditional problems of salary and reward's management. The enterprises should base on business strategy and core values when they study the broad brand design of salary and rewards' management. It also should design the broad brand project in accordance with the enterprise's characteristic on the basis of the organizational structure and diverse level demand of staffing and proceed with a scientific and rational design and plan and get success.
