After mare clausum,territorial sky, space and dominion, information network has become human’s the fifth space. Because of information network’s unbelievable development speed, more and more companies, government departments and individual demand to use information network. For this reason, a stack of companies or government departments which business based on information services. Those companies or government departments own one common similarity which is their productive forces based on manual labour, therefore, labor costs are their main costing, as mentioned above, manual labour is very important to these companies. As we known, manual labour is very uncontrollable, because each single person has their own mind about knowledge knowing, also has their own judgment balance about treating issues. Information industries never want these problems happened. When different information technology engineerfaces on one same question, their solving methods may not be the same, because each information technology engineer’s level and ability is different. For information services companies this phenomenon is very unacceptable! Although, most of information services companies have different kinds of information system to regulate manual labour’s behavior. However, these systemshave been failed. How to change the current condition? The answer is strengthening the standardization construction of these companies’ system.The following article’s background culture is enterprise standardization, which expound enterprise standardization’s concept and definition. Information companies or government departments’ enterprise standardization development will be based on enterprise standardization’s methods. As NST company as an example, NST company has been developed enterprise standardization from construction mentality to design of construction, at the end, actual operation. Actual operation process must base on the following four sides to complete the construction of standardization process which are job content, working skill, skill training and job responsibility. In the meantime, structure safeguard mechanism of enterprise standardization construction to guarantee the development goes with a swing. At last, this article will give a conclusion about NST company’s enterprise standardization construction, and have a deep discussion. NST’s enterprise standardization construction development’s first step has been successful completed, the standardized construction measures is finished basically, four sides which are job content, working skill, skill training and job responsibility have already forming a fundamental system of standardization construction. However, some issues are still need to improve; the progress in NST company’s enterprise standardization construction in the last few years provides a solid underpinning for NST company’s future development.
