With the progressive development of IT service outsourcing business in China, more and more IT companies begin to use outsourcing model to hire outsourcing employees in vendor companies to manage internal IT operation or support external customers. Companies can concentrate on developing core business with limited internal resources, integrating and utilizing outside resources. So the companies can lower the cost, improve the efficiency, enhance the adaptability to the environment, and keep the control on the company's developing strategy.People are the core assets of IT service outsourcing companies. Because of the characteristics of the IT industry itself, plus the fast growing of the outsourcing industry, the IT service outsourcing industry has shown a high employee turnover trend, which brings a lot of challenges to the continuous healthy development of IT service outsourcing industry. How IT outsourcing companies can keep the technical IT outsourcing staff in the outsourcing model has become the highest priority job of them.Start with the brief introduction about the IT service outsourcing industry. Then introduce the theories research results about employees' turnover. Based on the research results, starting from the M company's current IT service outsourcing status, focusing on the high turnover issue in the M company, utilize the qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and comparison analysis methods to get some factors which impact the employees' turnover. Through one on one communication with the employee, the employee's original peers and managers, capture their options about the factors from different viewpoints. Based on the deep discussion and analysis, find out the background issues which produce the factors. Based on the issues found in the analysis, try to provide some corresponding solutions from different views such as company culture, management process and etc., and try to reach the goal that decrease the IT service outsourcing employees' turnover rate.
