Study With Chinese Characteristics And Wireless City Investment And Operating Mode

The thesis starts from the development trend of digital, wireless and intelligent city. It introduces the development and evolution of wireless city at home and aboard. It also expounds the most fundamental issue faced during the construction of wireless city, that is, how to establish consistent goal between social benefit concerned by government and economic benefits concerned by operators as well as between the guidance of government and the commercialization operation of operators. It is a failure of operating mode rather than technique.After comparative analysis from theory to four operating modes of wireless city and three investing modes based on their advantages and disadvantages, through the real project of wireless Haikou city to induct Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), then get the final conclusion through assessment to mathematic mode: it is a appropriate way for government and enterprises to cooperate to build the wireless city.The thesis discusses the necessity and feasibility in the analysis of wireless H-city project, it analyzes quantitatively by specific implementation project and accurate data coupled with practical application to describe the applying perspective to reconfirm above conclusion.
