Research On The Operation Mode Of Yunnan Wireless City

This paper begins with the image which depicts the wireless city development vision, introduces the development history of this emerging theory of wireless city at home and abroad, describes the current situation about construction, operation and development of wireless city in domestic and foreign advanced city as well as Yunnan Province. Through the analysis of the current situation, the article puts forward two main problems of wireless city business development in Yunnan. One is how to choose a suitable operation mode, that is "how to establish consistent goal between social benefit concerned by government and economic benefit concerned by operators as well as between the guidance of government and the commercialization operation of operators", because the failure is not a purely technical failure, but mainly the failure of the mode of operation. The other one is how to put forward the concrete operation and implementation plan for the recent development of Yunnan wireless city.After a qualitative analysis of five main operation mode as well as the advantages and disadvantages in wireless city, the paper makes a mathematic evaluation for the five modes through the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix).After the analysis of qualitative and quantitative, we made the conclusion that cooperation between government and operator is a more suitable mode for domestic cities as well as Yunnan.Finally, through the PEST analysis of the Yunnan wireless city, combining the development of Yunnan wireless city business from year2011to2013, and analysis of a large number of detailed data, we put forward the core business operation method and concrete implementation plan for follow-up work. It can be used as a reference of future operation, Of course, the actual plan still need to continuously improve in a subsequent business practices.
