Construction Enterprise Coordination And Management Mechanism

The construction industry leads a dominant position in the national economy, which has a great significance to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy. With the specialization and the development of global economic integration, the construction industry is getting more and more intense, in particular, after China's accession to the WTO, some large-scale international contractors swarm into the construction market of China in abundance, domestic construction enterprises are facing tremendous pressure. How to survive and keep growing in this intense competition has seized the attention of construction enterprise managers. A series of problems, for example, unclearness of property rights, imperfection of management system, singularity of operating structure, lack of coordination in and outside enterprises, poor reputation and so on, are widely existed in current national construction enterprises. Construction enterprise should adopt a new management mind and method named coordination management when facing these problems under the new situation. This article attempts to establish a coordination mechanism in order to enhance the comprehensive strength of construction enterprise so that the inside and outside of construction enterprise can both achieve coordinated and sustainable development.Firstly, the paper analyze interior and external environment of construction enterprise coordination management, beginning with analyzing national construction market and construction enterprise's present coordination situation, and pointing out the necessity and the factors which must be taken into account of for the construction enterprise coordination management mechanism. Secondly, the paper analyze the theory of the construction enterprise coordination management mechanism on the basis of the theory basis, coordination management overall framework and logistic model, coordination management mechanism structure and their relationship. At last, the paper study construction enterprises' interior and external environment coordination management mechanism. There are four significant coordination management mechanism in construction enterprise interior coordination management mechanism, such as decision-making mechanism, communication mechanism, incentive and restrictive mechanism and information mechanism, and has conducted a thorough research to each kind of mechanism. While in construction enterprise external coordination management design, we mainly discuss the choice of project partners, co-operation agreement, the trust mechanism as well as the reputation of the business community and supervision.The paper systematically elaborates the construction enterprise coordination management, setting up a set of scientific construction enterprise coordination management mechanism from both internal and external environment of the construction enterprises. Through the fund of coordination management mechanism, it enhanced enterprise coordination management level and made construction enterprise coordination management acts orderly and efficiently, thus achieving the construction enterprises' internal and external coordination, and promoting enterprise as well as society grows unceasingly and healthy in the fierce market competition.
