| Technology innovation is the motive force of enterprise development.Due to market competition,enterprises must constantly innovate.Technology innovation is the power of economic growth and technological improvement.It will directly decide to enterprise competitiveness,and further affect the whole industry chain development.At present,a new task faced by the auto industry is how to promote enterprise development by innovation,and establish a reasonable innovation mechanism.This paper takes Beijing automobile co.,LTD as the research object,through the analysis of the technical innovation mechanism from the enterprise,enterprise technology innovation promotion measures are put forward.Through the analysis of technology innovation elements and the logical relationship,technical innovation mechanism is divided into power mechanism,decision-making mechanism,safeguard mechanism,operation mechanism.Power mechanism is the power of enterprise technology innovation,is the root of enterprise technology innovation,mainly divided into internal motivation and external motivation.Decision-making mechanism refers,according to available information,the decision maker make decisions on technology innovation strategy.Safeguard mechanism is integration of manpower,financial resources and related system to ensure enterprise technology innovation.Operation mechanism contains technology mechanism,incentive mechanism.This article chooses the world's leading automobile enterprise General motors and Toyota technology innovation mechanism as case analysis.This paper is combining with the present situation of China auto technology innovation mechanism for comparison,and the gap of the enterprise mechanism of technology innovation among China,the United States and Japan.In conclusion,we proposed optimum proposal of our country enterprise technological innovation ability.The paper chooses Beijing automotive co.LTD as the research object.This article makes a horizontal contrast between the domestic automobile enterprises.Then it carries on the analysis benchmarking technology innovation mechanism from four aspects.Finally,it summarizes advantages and existing problems of Beijing automotive innovation mechanism.Focus on the root of the problem and method of solution,this paper raise up five Suggestions.First is enhancing technical cooperation to promote enterprise's technological innovation ability.Second is strengthening Intellectual property investment and promote patent innovation ability.Third is perfecting the incentive system of technological innovation and enhancing technology innovation potential.Fourth is increasing R&D investment and optimizing the allocation of investment.Last is optimizing innovation resource reserves and improving the cultivation mechanism of high-end talent of science and technology. |
