| Nowadays, many tobacco enterprises of china has reformed and reunited on a large scale in the present situation. where every company want to grow stronger and more powerful. So far, there are about 18 companies in the tobacco industry system of China. They are growing stronger very quickly. By the way , from reuniting to making stronger. However, with the bigger scale of companies, there are many problems to solve. Such as, the problem which the management pattern can't keep up with the development of companies. On one hand ,the function of the general department is not clear, some of them can't keep up with the development of the companies. They can't work well. On the other hand, there are different enterprise -culture in different places. Therefore, there are some problem arising. Like those problems above often arise in the HNZY Tobacco Ltd . How to solve these problems? Maybe different people have different opinions. In my opinion, by the way which we must find the right management pattern. And we must adjust our management to the new situation. To make our companies stronger and more powerful, I have do much study and research. I analyze the characteristics of our company. Compared with many Foreign companies management. Finally, I find some good new ways to solve the problems. In my article, I make further study and analysis about the problems of management pattern. I hope my suggestions can contribute to the development of HNZY Tobacco Ltd. I wish my colleagues can achieve our goals to make contributions to the development of tobacco industry. |
