Evaluation On The International Competitiveness Of Industrial Clusters In Guizhou Industrial Park

As the world’s first industrial park-Britain’s Manchester appears industrial centers, there are more and more various parks have been built up. Actual experience shows that the successful industrial parks are all the industrial parks that in cluster. The competition of industrial parks mainly represents the competition of the industry cluster in them. The presence of a large gathering of corporate industrial park is an important carrier industry cluster development. On the other hand, industrial clusters can effectively promote the development of the park. The industrial parks and the industrial clusters promote each other. The industry cluster’s effective promotion on the industrial park competitiveness has been widely accepted by the scholars, and led to many policy-makers concerns. Guizhou is a relatively backward economic and social development, weak industrial foundation province. It was first proposed the implementation of a strategic industrial province, will enhance the development of the park to the level of government policy has important significance up.This article mainly devotes to analyze the relationship between industrial parks and industrial clusters. Understand the current status of the industrial park in Guizhou Province of industrial clusters. And the article also devotes to research on evaluation index system of competence of industrial parks. Its purpose is to provide a quantitative measure results for the industrial park in Guizhou province internationally competitive clusters. And it can provide an important direction of construction and sustainable development of industrial parks for managers of industrial parks. Around this theme, this paper is divided into six portions. The first part is the introduction. It introduced the background and significance of the research and then reviewed the relevant literature and made a brief review on it, finally pointed out the innovation and deficiency of this paper. The second part of this paper briefly defines concepts and analyzed the formation of industrial clusters international competitiveness. The third part describes the construction and layout of the industrial park in Guizhou province, and its status of industrial clusters, the advantages and problems are analyzed. The fourth part from input capacity, output, capacity development, effective capacity of the four-level indicators and14sub-indexes constructed competitiveness evaluation system. Then, the use of catastrophe progression method for the industrial park in Guizhou province internationally competitive industrial clusters conducted an empirical analysis. Finally, a provincial park restricting factor in cluster development and draw the appropriate conclusions policy recommendations.
