Research On The Countermeasures To Improve The Competitiveness Of K Industrial Park In N City

With the deepening development of market economy,the industrial park as a benefit main body status is also growing,especially in the industrial park mechanism reform,under the trend of industrial park as an independent decision-making status more and stronger.Therefore,the research on the competitiveness of industrial parks can be regarded as the branch and extension of competitive research and enrich and deepen the content of the research on competitiveness.This paper is devoted to the K competition situation analysis,investigation and study,the purpose is to evaluate the competitive situation of K Park andrealize K Park in the weak link in the process of development,and K of the construction of the park managers in decision-making and management to provide some reference and Suggestions.Based on the in-depth understanding of the development status of the K Park and its surrounding park,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the K Park by SWOT analysis,and the opportunities and threats in the development of the K Park.Based on the research on the related theories of science and Technology Industrial Park and the evaluation system of the competitiveness of the park,the evaluation index of the competitiveness of the park is preliminarily drawn up by the interview.The revised Delphi method is used to screen the preliminarily indexes until convergence,and then the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.The four dimensions of the macro environment,infrastructure,technological innovation and operation management are determined to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of the industrial park,and the four aspects also involve 20 two level indicators.After the construction of the competitiveness evaluation scale,a questionnaire survey is taken to investigate the K Park in depth.In this way,the comprehensive competitiveness of the park is evaluated and the shortcomings of the K Park in the competitiveness are found.In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of K Park,the author puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the park,in order to create more advantages for the N city in the fierce industrial park competition,and also to develop and follow up other industrial parks.
