To definite the Customer Relationship Management (shortened for CRM) of Shencai Securities Co., Ltd. Changsha Branch(shortened for SCS), It includes the following parts: to set up a business concept of customer-centered, to distribute the resources logically, to discover and furthest satisfy the needs of the customer in high grade, to keep a process of financial innovation and to realize the advance of SCS's own value. The CRM of SCS alters the traditional business theory fundamentally. Meanwhile, it has an important significance in the securities company's future existence and development, especially in its central competition. In this paper, using the theory of CRM, the author basically solves the main problems of CRM since the establishment of SCS after he studies the market orientation, the process optimizing and the client manager management.Increasingly fierce market competition for businesses today is a new task, that is, how to do a good job in customer relationship management, market competition, how to obtain and retain customers more shares. SCS as a financial services company with good customer relationship is fundamental for the survival and development, how to implement good customer relationship management for SCS is important.
