Grown with two decades of development,teapot refineries have achieved numbers of remarkable achievements in terms of size,equipment level and management capacity,and their production capacity has accounted for almost 20% of domestic capacity.However,the costly extensive production mode caused by high energy cons umption and high emissions still remains a constraint for sustainable development.In order to seek approaches on reducing teapots' internal and external costs,improve their profit margins and social image,and promote their long-term healthy and stable development under the favorable condition of marketization,the study uses the theory of life-cycle cost to determine the boundaries and the phases of the life cycle of teapots' refinery projects,analyses the internal and external costs structure,and constructs the life cycle cost estimation model.Then,the costs of the various stages in its life cycle have been accounted for a teapot from Shandong,and the breakdown structure of its life cycle cost has been explored.Based on the identification of the ke y factors affecting the costs,the paper introduces a green factor to evaluate the influence level produced by the changes of key factors on the life cycle cost.Finally,learned from the results of the typical case of a Shandong teapot and combined with t he actual teapots,this paper makes a series of measures and recommendations of cost reduction,energy conservation,improvement in efficiency and establishment of the good social image in the aspect of internal cost control and external cost management.
