Tourists Satisfaction Of The Ancient City Of Pingyao Explanation Licensing System

China has a long history and rich cultural tourism resources. Cultural tourism resources have a massiness historical background itself, which make many tourists confused to understand the connotation of the aesthetic object and don't obtain profound tourism experience. It needs some auxiliary means to increase the tourists aesthetic understanding for obtaining higher aesthetic experience. The research about the explanation boards system is important in increasing quality of tourist experience. In addition, because the planning and design of most scenic spots in China at present in interpretation are from the tourism resources and the knowledge and experience of planners. Whether these interpretation identification meet the need of tourists and provide good service, deepen tourists impression about the scenic? It needs to survey tourists satisfaction on explanation boards system. This is based on the objective, select PingYao Ancient City explanation boards system as the research object, try using empirical research method and quantitative research method, study tourists satisfaction about explanation boards system, so that constructing an evaluation model about PingYao Ancient City explanation boards system. So as to provide references for PingYao Ancient City managers and make them improving interpretation service.Based on the theory of satisfaction, begin with the tourists experience in PingYao Ancient City, analyse the effect of explanation boards system service. Through summary the theory of explanation and practical results, grasping influence factors of tourists satisfaction about explanation boards system. On thses basises, survey PingYao Ancient City explanation boards system, design PingYao Ancient City explanation boards system questionnaires, adopt 23 factors, evaluate PingYao Ancient City explanation boards system to obtain related data about tourists experience. With SPSS and EXCEL analyse, including through the correlation analysis, T test, analyse of variance test the relationship between attributes and characteristics of tourists. Through the factor analysis, for further screening and classifying the influences factors of tourists satisfaction, on this basis, modified the model, analysis tourists expectation and actual satisfaction. Finally, this paper get influence factor model obout tourists satisfaction on explanation boards system. This model include three aspects about tourists satisfaction, 22 factors. In the end, using IPA analysis evaluate the current situation of PingYao Ancient City explanation boards system.The results show that most tourists are young, and most of them visiting as group in PingYao Ancient City. They have secondary education and income, most tourists is the first time, and their aim is to increase knowledge and entertainment. The study also revealed that it is no significant correlation between tourists education, gender, monthly income and their satisfaction about explanation boards system. There is no significant differences between tourists occupation and their satisfaction about explanation boards system. Tourists age and their satisfaction about explanation boards system are positively correlated. Different family structure has different significant differences on the satisfaction about explanation boards system. The important satisfaction factors by tourists attended are the effect of the explanation boards system service. How should pay attention to tourists pleasant experience for explanation boards, in order to improve the quality of tourists experience and their satisfaction.
