Labor dispatching is a kind of employment methods with universal existence presently, but the development in China is not mature. The organizational commitments, cohesive force and loyalty of dispatched laborers are questioned by many people. According to previous research, there is of relationship between dispatched laborers and organizational commitments, which may become the key factor of company survival in the future.This dissertation selects DC Company as a research and diagnosis object. Through diagnosis, there are three questions will be discussed. The first question is that whether the responsibility of dispatched laborers to corporations is existing. Secondly, through diagnosis, the influence factors of the responsibility of dispatched laborers to corporations are selected, which are personality of dispatched laborers, interpersonal interaction, management factor and degree of confidence to dispatched company. Thirdly, whether the relationship between above influence factors and corporations' commitments is interfered by dispatched laborers'degree of confidence to dispatched company. Questionnaire survey was used in the diagnosis. Based on previous questionnaire and combining with actual situation of company, the questionnaire was modified. The questionnaires were distributed to respondents in the workplace, and the respondents completed these questionnaires by themselves. In the end, 93 valid samples were obtained. The quantitative data obtained through the questionnaires were conducted using statistical analysis with SPSS 13.0.Through statistical analysis of the sample data, all the study assumptions of this paper have been tested. Following points are the summarized conclusions. Although the dispatched laborers do not sign the formal labor contract with user companies, the formal labor contract relationship cannot be the sufficient condition of the existence of Organizational Commitment; The dispatched laborers'Organizational Commitments are significantly lower than formal employees'; Level of education, dispatch backgrounds, and years of dispatch all affect Organizational Commitments of the dispatched laborers;. Interactions between dispatched employees and superiors as well as organizational structure, both have impact on the organizational commitment of dispatched employees. Highly developed employment system of the organization and better interpersonal interactions between the dispatched employees and their superiors could lead to higher organizational commitment awareness; The trust of dispatched laborers to dispatch service company has an positive effect on dispatched employees, the more trustful the employees be, the more their level of trust on user companies。Based on the diagnose conclusion, the dispatched employee's organizational commitments improved a lot after we put this research solution into practice. Therein, this research reinforced the solution for dispatched employee's organizational commitments and provided a win-win approach for those companies using dispatched employees.The innovation in this paper is using the empirical research to seek for the solution for dispatched laborers'organization commitments to the user company. The purpose of this paper is to throw out a brick to attract a jade for those working for the theory of human resources, and also provided a constructional suggestion and solution for practice, especially for the better development of those companies who use dispatched employees.
