Along with China economy becoming more and more international, Chinese regional commercial banks (short for RCBs) not only faces unprecedented development opportunity, but also faces more intense competition. The compensation management becomes the problem which should be solved by the SOB urgently. A successful compensation management system must be based on the characteristics of the company and its own target, which has made it quite different from different companies. If SOB wants to build up an effective compensation system, it is necessary for the company to keep pertinent reform and innovation based on the considerate investigation on its characteristics.By studying the prompting theories of content prompting theory, process prompting theory, synthesis prompting theory and so on, with the compensation theories of compensation-strategy theory, the compensation level theory, salary system design theory and so on, and considering the actual situation of SOB, this thesis proposes the broad-band compensation systemThe second chapter of this thesis analyses the actual situation of SOB's organizational structure, personnel and the existing wage levels and so on; and inspects the existing salary system of SOB from three specifics of wages, benefits and bonus. Further more, it analyses SOB's existing problems of Compensation system. Chapter III of this thesis analyses its successful experience of implementing broad-band compensation system in the SMEs. Based on the former work, Chapter IV designs a broad-band compensation system for SOB, mainly in the aspect of the overall framework and the built process. Chapter V designs specific practical package for management staff, production staff, marketing staff and R&D staff. Chapter V talks about the issues to be paid attention to in the implementation of compensation system and supporting measures.This thesis intends to made contributions to the actual application of compensation theory in the enterprise, to present references for enterprises in a similar situation, and to provide an advanced, simple and easily operated method of compensation system for SMEs in China.
