Therefore, Beijing started to establish and develop the housing system that adapted with the market economy.There are three levels in the Beijing housing security systems, the lowest income family rents the inexpensive housing the government provides the mid and low earning family purchase economic and price limited house, other high-income household purchase, rents the current price on market commodity housing. Government in the operation of the market constantly finding solutions, and improve policy implementation, in order to protect the low-income housing problems.Based on the living conditions of residents in Beijing, the stage of economic development, housing development analysis of the situation it is found that Beijing's housing security is in the 1990s stage in the developed countries. This article defines the low-income groups in Beijing, analysis their purchasing power and the ability of housing supply and demanding to access the basic data of the Beijing housing security.
