If the knowledge unemployment problem can not be well resolved, it will affect the society ' s stability and development.In recent years, China has a degree of knowledge unemployment, which has a direct relationship with the particular background during the social transition. The article focus on the problem of the current university graduates, analysing the problems which exist in the demand and supply market of university graduates, and explain the deep causes of university graduate employment with economics theories, and then find out the related solutions.The article considers that the fundamental reason of knowledge unemployment is our country's knowledge employment market for college graduates do not perfect. In this article, we will analysis the problem from the perspective of a perfect market, including the market's subject, object and information, then identify the specific problem.Finally, this article will propose the related suggestions to promote employment from four aspects, including market, government, colleges and universities, and students.
