The Internal Mechanisms Of Corporate Entrepreneurship Research

Corporate entrepreneurship are some acts which is useful for firm's development about stratagem adjustment, organize change, innovate technology and expand new enterprise etc.. Since 1983, Miller told us the "corporate entrepreneurship" , the research of corporate entrepreneurship has been a hot spot ,and it has caused attention from international management professions. Corporate entrepreneurship became the core research area of strategy management.Mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship is defined that the relationship between factors and aspects of promoting internal corporate entrepreneurship, and the rules and regulations used in the Collaborative Work Systems of enterprise. And it is possessed of systematic and functional characteristics. Mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship is a mechanism of management actually on the corporation.There are many researches on this area which lead to various options about corporate entrepreneurship. Although a lot of researches have been done in this area, there is no clear definition and understanding on corporate entrepreneurship internal environment.This paper is based on the Corporate Entrepreneurship theory and the research is made on the actuality of Corporate Entrepreneurship Mechanism in China .Some analysis of the various factors in the organizational environment and mechanism for corporate entrepreneurship is done to search the problems in the mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship and construct a effective mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship which is benefit of corporate entrepreneurship . Here based on the theoretical study and cases-analysis , a new mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship is set up .It aims at promoting corporate entrepreneurship and set a good example to other enterprises.
