| Innovation and entrepreneurship is the key to obtain the competitive advantage of the enterprise.The enterprise-level entrepreneurial can stimulate the enterprises to seize the innovation opportunities and carry out innovate constantly,which is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the development of large enterprises.The large companies which develop a certain stage will produce some adverse symptoms,such as banishing bureaucracy,lack of flexibility and innovative weak.Through the entrepreneurial activities are implemented within the enterprise,the enterprises can overcome these symptoms,and achieve as flexibility and innovative as small businesses.In the fierce global competition and uncertain market environment,corporate entrepreneurship is seen as a good medicine to overcome the internal rigid of the large enterprise.The impact of organizational factors on corporate entrepreneurship is valued by researchers.The study of organizational factors focuses less on the impact of internal communication,although internal communication has an important impact on employee innovation.At present,the research of the influence of internal communication on corporate entrepreneurship is still a little.So,based on the theory of management communication,organizational culture theory,resource-based view,flexible management theory and corporate entrepreneurship theory,the paper analyzes the impact mechanism and the acting path of the influence of internal communication on corporate entrepreneurship in the mature enterprises.It aims to effectively play the role of the promotion of internal communication to corporate entrepreneurship,coordinate the matching relationship between internal communication and corporate entrepreneurship,promote corporate entrepreneurship activities,and make the enterprise gain a competitive advantage.The research not only enriches the theory of corporate entrepreneurship,but also optimize the management practices of the enterprises,for enterprises providing useful inspiration to reconfigure the specific management practices to better meet corporate entrepreneurship.The paper defines the important variables involved in the paper by the relevant documents at home and abroad,and classifies them on the dimensions.Internal communication is refined by three attributes: cultural,resource and strategic.Then this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of this study,that is the model of the effect of internal communication on corporate entrepreneurship.Based on the literature research and theoretical analysis,the paper put forward to research hypothesis and the conceptual model.In 174 enterprises in the mature period as the research sample,the paper analyzed the reliability and validity by factor analysis and consistency test,then the regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis.The results show that internal communication has some impact on corporate entrepreneurship in both direct and indirect ways.Open internal communication practices has a positive impact on corporate entrepreneurship;entrepreneurial willingness,strategic flexibility and entrepreneurial resources have a mediating effect between internal communication and corporate entrepreneurship,and play a different degree of intermediary effect. |
