The paper investigates the logistic distribution condition of Jiajiawang chain super-market and analyzes its existing problems. Based on the related theories, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for Jiajiawang chain super-market development.The main problems of Jiajiawang super-market are the weakness of distribution base, the thin cognition, the low efficiency and high cost of unification distribution, the low lever of distribution standard and standardization management and the primary phrase of information technology. So the logistic, capital and information cannot correspond with each other.In order to solve these problems, the just -in -time concept should be operate in the distribution management. The logistic distribution should be in the whole through setting up regional logistic net, strengthening information system , improving fund balance.
